Goal: Creating a list of hashtag related to your content or the content of your client to grow organically the reach of the content and the followers count of the account.
Ideal Outcome: Grow your account or the account of the client organically
Pre-requisites or requirements: Research on related content and your competitors
Why this is important: Being prepared to post effectively, it's faster than writing all the hashtags manually.
Where this is done: On a Notion page, in the client's page.
When this is done: Every time we have a new client that is in need of a Social Media management and content creation. The hashtag list should be ready to post anytime and any day.
Who does this: You, your Social Media Manager, or Community Manager.
Before you start to write hashtags on your list, you have to do research on the client. What does he sells? What is his niche? Be sure you truly understand his personnality and vocation before writing down hashtags. Did you really understand the product/niche?
If our client is a lawyer, he won't have the same hashtags as a podcaster or a coach.
