Goal: Change your Instagram username

Ideal Outcome: Have a name that attracts new followers organically and that punch!

Why this is important: Having a punchy username can help you get more follower organically.

Where this is done: Instagram

When this is done: Every time we have a new client that is in need of a Social Media management and content creation (If the username doesn't represent the business, personnality, etc.)

Who does this: You, your Social Media Manager, or Community Manager.

• Environment set up :

Before modifying your username, you have to do research on the client. What does he sell? What is his niche? Be sure you truly understand his personality and vocation before creating your new Instagram username. The username of the client should give an insight of the WHAT of the client.

1. Open Instagram

   

2. Click on "Edit profile"

1. The "Edit profile" page will appear. Click on the username.

1. Select the username and start to type your new username.
